Why Sign up?
When signing up for subscriptions, you will receive a discount; please see each of the product pages for details on the savings.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis, and they will continue indefinitely until you cancel them.
The subscription will have the product(s) you ordered shipped to you on the day that you sign up for the subscription; they will ship again in a month’s time from the day you originally signed up.
How do I manage my subscription?
Should you choose to sign up for a subscription, you can manage your subscription in your account page when signed in. From there, you can cancel your subscription, reactivate your subscription, change the shipping address for future subscriptions, or view the related orders that relate to your subscription.

Orders, Shipping, and Tracking
We offer free two-day shipping on all of our orders to the 48 contiguous states for all products except for Arthroplus*. When checking out this is automatically selected for you; all you have to do is place your order and daydream about your product arriving in the next few days!
We fulfill orders using Amazon’s fulfillment. Once you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Amazon shortly thereafter.
Most orders placed before noon will ship the same day.
*Orders for Arthroplus will ship at standard ground rates from Illinois with additional processing time of 2 days. Full shipping time could take up to 7 business days from the time of placing the order. Order tracking will be sent at the time that the order ships.
Does the Wuensche Store offer faster shipping options?
At the moment, we only offer complimentary two day shipping that is Prime Shipping through Amazon. See above for details.
Where can I find my order information?
To view your orders or tracking information, log into your account and click ‘Orders’!
How long do I have to cancel an order?
We hope that you don’t want to cancel your order, but in the case that you do, please contact us immediately. Since we offer free, high-speed shipping, we use automated fulfillment – this means we only have an hour to cancel orders before we ship out.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you attempt to input the address of a P.O. box at the checkout page, your order will be refused. Please select a standard address for shipping instead.

Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us.
Including proof of purchase and your current mailing address, send us a return request with your order number in the subject line to email@example.com.
